Every product we sell is backed by independent third-party HPLC testing. If you submit analytical results from an accredited laboratory showing that a product falls below our stated purity specification, we will provide either a full product replacement or a store credit refund at your choice.
To submit a purity claim:
If your order is damaged in transit or lost by the carrier:
Claims for shipping damage or loss must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
Refunds are issued as store credit applicable to future orders. Store credit does not expire. In exceptional circumstances, alternative refund methods may be considered at our discretion.
